We assist clients to develop the right strategic plan, strengthen governance practices and deliver sustainable performance improvements – linking strategy to action.

We help companies understand problems, identify areas of improvement and make decisions to maximise opportunities to put their business in a stronger financial position.

In Canberra, our specialist Government Advisory practice provides expert advice to the Government sector.

We provide companies with practical and realistic solutions for complex problems.

We are at the forefront of fraud and corruption investigations, contractual and other financial disputes, valuations, analytics, forensic technology and electronic discovery.

We help clients understand their risks, and then formulate and implement solutions to strengthen the integrity and stability of their financial and other internal systems.

We support businesses through sale processes and mergers and acquisitions. We help clients execute deals on the best possible terms, and also advise them when to walk away from a bad deal sooner rather than later.

We work with a diverse range of clients, offering services to facilitate deals and develop the best negotiation and risk mitigation strategies to maximise value from a transaction.

We provide companies with end to end solutions to restore stability and value to businesses threatened by operational or financial difficulties.

We work with key stakeholders to neutralise threats, quickly diagnose the causes of underperformance and formulate innovative and practical solutions.

We are a leading provider of insolvency services to blue chip financiers, trade creditors and executive and non-executive directors with exposure to underperforming companies and businesses in financial distress and crisis.

We are renowned for managing some of Australia’s largest and most complex insolvency appointments.
