As a Summer Vacationer, you will gain practical, hands-on experience whilst working on some of Australia’s most high profile and complex engagements. You will be working on active engagements, contributing in a way that directly impacts the stakeholders involved. You will also have the opportunity to shadow senior executives, and attend client networking and social events.
Our placements commence in November or January of each year, and are between 3-4 weeks in length.
Once you have completed your placement, you may be offered a full-time Graduate role with us.
To be eligible, you must be in the penultimate year of a commerce or business related degree with a major in accounting, finance or economics. You must also be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.
As a Graduate, you will work on some of Australia's most high profile and complex engagements and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries. You will develop a broad range of commercial skills whilst working alongside some of best practitioners in the field. You will be faced with a new set of challenges every day and be given real responsibilities early on, many of which will have newsworthy consequences.
Graduates generally commence in February of each year, however we can also accommodate midyear commencements.

No. We are open to candidates with majors in Finance and Economics, as well as Accounting. You must be willing to complete the CA Program upon your commencement. If you haven’t completed the required prerequisites to commence the CA Program, we will support you to complete any necessary bridging courses.

We then aim to contact you within a week of submitting your application, however during peak times between February and April, it may take us a little longer than this due to the volume of applications we receive.

As a Graduate, you will attend the Graduate Development Workshop, which is a four-day training program run in Sydney, and provides an opportunity to network with your peers from around the country. You will also attend a number of technical and soft skills training programs throughout the year, such as business writing skills, time management, communication and presentation skills, and an Introduction to Insolvency.
